You are considered legally bound to this document upon creating a ticket or making a claim, and are expected to read and understand this document.


PC Order Terms and Conditions

Sec (1) PRICE AND PART DIFFERENCES:
(a) Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the market and availability.
(b) Parts are subject to change due to availability and modernization. Brands and exact models may vary.

Sec (2) FULFILLMENT
(a) In most cases, parts will be purchased as the buyer pays.
(b) When the buyer has paid the amount in full and parts are all purchased, assembled, and otherwise ready to ship, a box containing the ordered product(s) will be shipped to the shipping address provided. Once the customer receives the product(s) and they are ensured to be in working order, the final proceedings will occur, such as a request for review.
(c) After the above events have concluded, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Sec (3) REFUNDS
(a) If parts have not been ordered a full refund may be issued, minus any applicable fees.
(b) If parts have been ordered, the first payment and or $50 will be withheld, plus a 10% restocking fee and any other applicable additional fees.

NOTES
Exceptions to rules can be made on a case-by-case basis.

These rules are built around protecting our employees. We will always be as fair as possible with the customer and put them first.


Insurance Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS:
“PC”: A PC is defined as a desktop computer.
“Qualified Representative”: A qualified representative is considered any executive level officer or any individual given express permission to oversee insurance claims.

Sec (1) INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY
(a) Pictures of the PC must be sent showing the device in full working order along with a detailed list of internal components.

Sec (2) INSURANCE CLAIM ELIGIBILITY
(a) The PC must have been insured for at least six (6) months prior to the claim.
(b)

Sec (3) CLAIM ACCEPTANCE TERMS
(a) In order for a claim to have a high likelihood of being accepted, the user must have had the PC connected to a functional pure sine wave battery backup.
(b) No component of the PC must have been manually overclocked.
(c) No component of the PC may have been modified in any way.
(d) No maintenance must have been performed on the PC.
(e) The PC must have had appropriate cooling.
(d) The PC must not have been used to mine or farm any cryptocurrency.

Sec (4) EXCEPTIONS
(a) Any qualified representative may hold any claim exempt from any and all of the above terms.

Sec (5) CLAIM DENIALS
(a) Any qualified representative holds the right to deny any claim for any reason.
